Production Process
Bamboo Carbonized Horizontal Plywood is made from bamboo strips laid horizontally and pressed flat during the gluing process to form boards. This method creates a wide grain pattern with clearly visible bamboo nodes and natural characteristics.
Quality Management
Proper moisture control(8%-12%) is key to preventing warping, cracking, and other defects. We also check each panel for precise dimensions, surface imperfections, and consistent color to ensure every board meets our quality standards.
Packaging Details
These boards will have long-distance transportation, secure packaging is essential — otherwise, the customer may receive damaged products. Our packaging includes individual sheet protection (upon special request), pallet packaging (our standard option), and final loading into containers for ocean shipping to the customer.
