Description

Production Process

Softwood plywood is made by gluing thin layers of softwood, like pine or fir. Logs are peeled into veneers, then dried to remove moisture. Glue is added between layers, and the grains are placed in opposite directions for strength. The stack is pressed with heat to bond them. Finally, the plywood is cut, sanded, and checked for quality.
