Description

Production Process

Marine plywood is made from high-quality hardwood veneers bonded with waterproof phenolic resin. The veneers are carefully selected, dried, and stacked with alternating grain directions for strength. Each layer is free from gaps or voids to ensure durability. The sheets are then hot-pressed under high pressure to cure the resin and create a solid, water-resistant panel. Finally, the boards are trimmed, sanded, and tested to meet marine-grade standards, making them ideal for wet or humid environments.
