Description

Production Process
Moisture-resistant particle board is made by blending wood chips, sawdust, and shavings with a moisture-resistant resin. The mixture is dried, formed into a mat, and then compressed under high temperature and pressure. Special water-repellent additives are included to improve resistance to humidity and moisture. After pressing, the boards are cooled, trimmed, sanded, and often laminated or coated for extra durability. Quality checks ensure consistent thickness, density, and moisture resistance.
